Where does Sustainable Luxe ship?
Sustainable Luxe currently ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from Greenville, South Carolina. Each piece is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented at your doorstep. However, we understand the global appreciation for responsible luxury, and international shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us directly to discuss options.
How long does my order take to ship?
At Sustainable Luxe, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are processed within 48–72 hours. If your ring requires sizing, please allow up to one week before your order is shipped to ensure the perfect fit. Custom pieces are crafted with special care, and shipping times will vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
At Sustainable Luxe, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted with care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and our team will work with you to find a solution.
